Shipping And Handling
We can accept orders from and deliver to the United Kingdom.
United Kingdom - Next working day
Minimum charge £15.00 includes first 10 Kg thereafter £0.50 per 1 Kg
Delivery Schedule
We will normally despatch your order to you within the number of days stated on the item description, please see shipping and handling for information on delivery to your Country.
All goods should be thoroughly inspected before accepting delivery. The correct number of items should be signed for at the time of delivery, as shortages cannot immediately be rectified. Any shortages, goods found to be damaged or faulty on delivery should be notified to us immediately.
Back Orders
If we are not able to dispatch your order within the stated times you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. If you are a VAT registered trader in an EU Country with a valid EU VAT Number then VAT will not be charged. For Countries outside of the UK and EU orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

All graphics are produced using the highest quality products, we will always produce a PDF proof and email to you for final approval. All our display equipment is covered by a 5 year manufacturers guarantee against component failure and defects.

Returns Policy
Should you need to make a return you must notifiy us within SEVEN DAYS of receiving the order by email cci@netcomuk.co.uk; phone +44 (0) 1206 754630; or fax.+44 (0) 1206 754645.
All items must be returned in original packing with supplied instructions enclosed. You are responsible for shipping back to Colchester Colour Imaging. You will receive a full refund once any goods have been returned and inspected (less delivery expenses).
The above does not apply to any printed graphics whether from your or our files once you have accepted and signed off the PDF proof we supplied prior to printing.
Items specially manufactured to order such as portable display furniture will have to be paid for in full, as these are bespoke items and costs cannot be recovered.
